Source context

General platform context was checked against search-accessible excerpts of Binarium’s public FAQ on 23 September 2026. The full interactive FAQ was not reviewed. Category-level risk context was reviewed in the SEC/CFTC publication “Investor Alert: Binary Options and Fraud” on Investor.gov. That publication is not presented as a finding about a particular operator. Direct links to these source documents are omitted; the document names support independent lookup.

Scope of verification

Checks cover internal consistency, arithmetic, page behaviour and the absence of fabricated testimony. No real-money trading, withdrawal test, operator legal assessment or infrastructure audit was performed. The project does not claim unverified professional credentials.

Interpret numerical examples correctly

Illustrative stakes, percentages and multipliers are hypothetical. The break-even calculation assumes equal stakes, full loss on failure and fixed net profit on success. It excludes fees, refunds, ties and changing settlement rules. It does not report current commercial terms.

Risks that remain

Committed funds may be lost. Interpretation errors, technical faults, service unavailability and disputes can also occur. Practice and reading cannot eliminate these risks. Suitability depends on individual circumstances and applicable rules, which this website does not determine.

Why there are no guaranteed methods or ratings

Unsupported samples cannot justify a precise reliability score or establish profitability. We explain ways to evaluate claims and recognise “insufficient evidence” as a valid outcome. Articles are not personalised investment recommendations.

Publication transparency

Generative tools assisted the creation of text and illustrations, followed by the project’s editorial checks. Page dates describe revision dates. Registration buttons contain affiliate links, and the project may receive compensation for visits or registrations. There are no external advertising widgets or password collection.

Your verification checklist

  • Distinguish an example from a current tariff.
  • Check a document’s date and scope.
  • Do not treat missing evidence as proof of safety.
  • Do not mistake education for personal advice.

Questions, answered

Does the regulator alert establish a finding about Binarium?

No. It provides category-level risk context without attributing allegations to a particular organisation.

Does a revision date guarantee current terms?

No. Changeable operator terms require checking before a decision.

Where is the practice note stored?

In browser storage on your device. It is not sent to our server.
